Policy Agreement
No refunds or returns unless items are deemed damaged. No exceptions. No Cancellations. Online store credit only.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked 'FINAL SALE' periodically, in which case they are not eligible for store credit.
No changes to the original order can be made once an order is processed.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our customer support team. However, the item(s) must be deemed 'damaged' by the support team's review of credible documentation provided by the purchaser & must have been reported within 7 days from the time of delivery. You may send an email to support@leveledcouture.com to report item(s) received damaged. Allow 5-7 business days for a response. Please provide the following information in your request:

Order number
Description of damage
Clear images of the item damage
Store Credit Conditions Policy
Store credit will apply to items deemed eligible for store credit at the discretion of Leveled Couture.
Swimwear & Lingerie
All sales are final and are not eligible for store credit.
